We provide a free-to-listen internet radio stream and related website content for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Availability may vary; we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

• Do not redistribute our live stream commercially without written permission.

3. Intellectual property

Branding, site design, and original text are owned by BreatheHeart or its licensors. Music in the stream is licensed or cleared for broadcast as applicable; listening on our official players does not grant you rights to download, remix, or rebroadcast tracks.

4. External links and platforms

Links to YouTube, TuneIn, Discord, or other services are provided for convenience. Those platforms have their own terms and privacy policies.

5. No medical claims

Content describing focus, unwind, or sleep moods is atmospheric only. It is not therapy, diagnosis, or a guarantee of any health outcome.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
